Part of Holophane's new Metro Solutions range, new Prismashield Elite is a robust, multifunctional luminaire that offers a stylish and versatile lighting solution for applications that require a more secure modular system. Prismashield Elite has been built to withstand severe physical attack and exposure to adverse weather conditions.

Prismashield Elite is available with either a frosted glass or a polycarbonate lens with internal prisms that produce a precise symmetric or asymmetric light distribution for even, glare-free illumination that provides an overall feeling of safety and security. The luminaire can be surface mounted, with other options including an integral maintained emergency, anti-graffiti coating, cable management and infill panels. The through-wiring facility on the luminaire makes it suitable for mounting end to end in continuous run without compromising the IP. Prismashield Elite has an IP659 rating and is ideal for use in areas prone to vandalism, such as Metro or rail stations, underpasses, car parks, stair wells, secure units/hospitals and a host of other applications.
